Injection Mold Die
The delivered Injection Mold Die is covered with grease to help direct die’s temperature as well as to help with segment launch. Liquid metal is then infused into the cast under high weight that stays constant until the work piece sets. This pressurized addition is fast, keeping any portion of the Injection Mold Die from solidifying before being casted. After the procedure is finished, the component is removed from the cast and any piece material is expelled.
